Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Flexrep website ("the Service"), operated by Flexrep School ("we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

The Service is designed for learners aged 5 and over. Children under 13 may only use the Service through an account set up by their school or by a parent or guardian, and not by registering on their own. If you are under 18 you confirm that a parent, guardian or your school is aware you are using the Service.

3. Your account

Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

4. What the Service does

Flexrep School provides AI-generated revision quizzes, flashcards, summaries, marking and feedback. AI content can contain mistakes. It is a study aid, not a substitute for your teacher, course materials or official specifications. Predicted grades are estimates only. We do not guarantee any exam result. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by AQA, Edexcel, Pearson, OCR, WJEC, Eduqas, CCEA or any exam board; their names are used only to describe compatibility.

5. School access

If your school has a licence, your school may see your username, class, activity and progress, and may remove you or hide content. Your access to school-funded features ends when the licence ends.

5A. Children

Accounts for children under 13 are managed by their school, or by a parent or guardian. Schools and parents are responsible for supervising children's use. We apply additional protections to under-13 accounts, including no chat between users, no advertising, restricted sharing and limited leaderboards.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of notes, photos and text you upload ("Your Content") and give us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service. Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful or abusive content, or other people's personal information or images of other people.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use offensive or impersonating usernames, harass others, cheat or manipulate leaderboards (including bots or multiple accounts), attack, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or use it unlawfully. We and your school may remove content and suspend accounts.

8. Our content

The Service, its design, branding and software belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for non-commercial study.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove features.

10. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses and the Service is provided "as is" regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.

13. Governing law

The laws of England and Wales apply (or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there). If you are a consumer you keep the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.
